Keith has 35+ years of experience as a military, government, and private sector senior executive leader, manager, and small business owner working in geospatial intelligence and related fields. He’s a deep tech angel investor, board member, consultant, and advisor associated with myriad leading-edge companies and technologies across the entire remote sensing and downstream analytics value chain.

He's a member of the Board of Directors of Cognitive Space and Earth Daily Federal. He is a Principal on the Founding Team of the Earth Fire Alliance (EFA), helping form and guide the organization’s governance and government and industry engagements, while also contributing directly to the development of EFA’s first initiative, FireSat. FireSat is a space-based fire detection and characterization system designed specifically for wildfires which will provide timely, trustworthy wildfire activity data directly to agencies globally to better protect people and property while also contributing significantly to the advancement of fire science.

Keith began his professional journey as a US Army Infantry and Military Intelligence officer and later served as a senior executive in the Department of the Defense and the Intelligence Community. After his military and government service, he was the CEO of the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation for a decade.

He’s also a member of the Geographical and Geospatial Sciences Committee of the National Academies, the Landsat Advisory Group, a Councilor & Fellow of the American Geographical Society, and a member of the Advisory Boards of the International Spy Museum and the Global Special Operations Forces Foundation.

Chitra Sivanandam runs a technology-focused consulting firm in Northern Virginia providing support to companies developing products and services in Analytics/Data, AI, Cyber, GEOINT and other technical verticals. Her expertise ranges from business operations and venture investment to technology strategy, business development and capture. She is an industry veteran with over 25 years of supporting the Intelligence and Defense sector with a breadth of leadership experience ranging from well known industry players such as SAIC, Raytheon and In-Q-Tel to small services companies and startups. She has grown services companies of varying sizes, has founded tech and consumer startups (Rohirrim and The Craft of Brewing) and continues to foster advanced technology developing, leveraging her experience bridging the gap between private technology/solutions-oriented companies and the federal government.

Gwen Clavon is the Senior Vice President of Digital Security and Analytics (DS&A) at Amentum, where she leads the charge in expanding the company's digital security and analytics capabilities. With a mission to deliver mission-critical solutions across the Defense and Intelligence communities, Gwen is instrumental in positioning Amentum as a global leader in secure digital solutions. Her strategic vision and leadership are pivotal in driving the company's growth and innovation in this highly specialized field.

Before joining Amentum, Gwen played a significant role at Jacobs, following the acquisition of BlackLynx, where she served as Chief Operating Officer. With over three decades of experience in technology-focused roles, Gwen has a deep understanding of the complexities and demands of the Defense and Intelligence sectors. Her technical expertise spans multiple layers of the technology stack, including roles as a Certified Network Engineer, Java Developer, Systems and Software Architect. Gwen's extensive background enables her to manage both small and large operations effectively, ensuring the delivery of critical mission support to her clients.

Outside of her professional achievements, Gwen is deeply committed to community engagement. She actively participates in several STEAM and faith-based outreach organizations and is a strong supporter of venture capital efforts related to emerging technologies.
